1. What products and services do you offer?
We offer DTF transfers, DTF gang sheets, UV DTF transfers, UV DTF gang sheets, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, adhesive vinyl, laser engraving, custom apparel, and personalized printing services.
2. Do you offer custom DTF gang sheets?
Yes. We offer both Build Your DTF Gang Sheet and Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet options. You can either create your gang sheet using our builder or upload a print-ready gang sheet.
3. Do you offer UV DTF gang sheets?
Yes. We offer both Build Your UV DTF Gang Sheet and Upload Your UV DTF Gang Sheet options for custom UV DTF printing.
4. What file types should I upload for DTF printing?
For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Artwork should ideally be prepared at 300 DPI and at the exact size you want printed.
5. Do you remove backgrounds or edit artwork?
Customers should upload artwork that is ready to print. If your artwork contains an unwanted white or colored background, it should be removed before uploading. Additional artwork preparation or design services may be available for an additional fee.
6. Will the printed colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product because monitors display colors differently than printers reproduce them. We work to provide vibrant, accurate, high-quality results.
7. What is the difference between DTF and UV DTF?
DTF transfers are primarily designed for garments and other compatible fabrics and are applied using a heat press.
UV DTF transfers are designed for hard surfaces such as cups, tumblers, glass, acrylic, plastic, and similar smooth surfaces. UV DTF typically does not require a heat press.
8. Can I use DTF transfers on different fabric colors?
Yes. DTF transfers work well on many light and dark-colored garments, including cotton, polyester, blends, and other compatible fabrics.
9. Do you offer custom apparel?
Yes. We can create custom apparel for individuals, businesses, organizations, events, teams, and other custom projects.
10. Do you offer laser engraving?
Yes. We provide laser engraving services for compatible products and materials. Contact us with details about your project so we can determine the best option.
11. Do you offer shipping?
At this time, De Colores HTV & DTF is offering local pickup only. Shipping availability may be added in the future.

13. What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
14. How long does an order take?
Turnaround time can vary depending on the product, quantity, artwork, and current production volume. Please contact us before placing a time-sensitive order if you have a specific deadline.
15. Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
16. What happens if I upload the wrong artwork?
Orders are produced based on the files submitted by the customer. Please carefully review your artwork, sizing, spelling, orientation, resolution, and background before submitting your order.
17. Are custom products returnable?
Because most of our products are made specifically for each customer, custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns due to customer-supplied artwork, sizing choices, or design errors. If there is a production issue caused by us, please contact us so we can review the order.
