Welcome to De Colores HTV & DTF. By using our website, placing an order, submitting artwork, or purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.
Products and Services
De Colores HTV & DTF offers custom printing and personalization services, including:
- DTF transfers
- DTF gang sheets
- UV DTF transfers
- UV DTF gang sheets
- Heat transfer vinyl
- Sublimation
- Adhesive vinyl
- Laser engraving
- Custom apparel
- Other custom and personalized products
Product availability, pricing, turnaround times, and service offerings may change without prior notice.
Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order.
This includes:
- Product selection
- Size
- Quantity
- Artwork
- Spelling
- Colors
- Placement
- Orientation
- Pickup information
- Any customization instructions
Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork is correct and ready for production.
We print based on the files provided to us.
Customers should verify that artwork:
- Is high resolution
- Uses the correct dimensions
- Has a transparent background when required
- Contains no unwanted elements
- Is correctly spelled
- Uses the intended colors
- Is the correct version of the design
De Colores HTV & DTF is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied artwork.
Artwork Ownership and Copyright
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to reproduce it.
You agree not to submit artwork that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
De Colores HTV & DTF reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe may violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.
Print Quality
For best results, artwork should be submitted in high resolution, preferably at approximately 300 DPI at the intended print size.
Low-resolution, pixelated, blurry, or improperly prepared artwork may result in reduced print quality.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by the original artwork supplied by the customer.
Color Variations
Colors may appear differently between digital screens and printed products.
Factors such as:
- Monitor settings
- Screen brightness
- Artwork color profiles
- Printing processes
- Material type
- Lighting conditions
can affect how colors appear.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon before production.
DTF and UV DTF Application
Customers are responsible for correctly applying DTF and UV DTF products.
We recommend following our published:

- UV DTF Application Instructions
We are not responsible for damage or failed application caused by improper temperature, pressure, peeling, surface preparation, washing, incompatible materials, or other application errors.
Custom Products
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a verified production error caused by De Colores HTV & DTF.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Change prices
- Correct pricing errors
- Update product options
- Modify promotions
- Discontinue products or services
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order.
Payment
Payment may be required before production begins.
Orders are not considered confirmed until required payment has been successfully received or otherwise approved.
Third-party payment processors may be used to securely process transactions.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Order volume
- Product type
- Quantity
- Artwork condition
- Equipment availability
- Customization requirements
- Holidays or unexpected production delays
If you have a specific deadline, contact us before placing your order.
We do not guarantee completion by a particular date unless that deadline has been specifically confirmed by us.
Local Pickup
De Colores HTV & DTF currently offers local pickup.

Customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Order Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up completed orders in a timely manner.
We may contact customers using the phone number or email address provided with the order when an order is ready.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including orders involving:
- Illegal content
- Infringing artwork
- Abusive or fraudulent activity
- Payment issues
- Material we cannot safely or properly produce
- Violations of these Terms of Service
If a paid order is canceled by us before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, an appropriate refund may be issued.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to:
- Interfere with website operation
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Upload malicious software
- Use the website for fraudulent activity
- Copy or exploit website content unlawfully
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, graphics, text, layout, and other materials created by or for De Colores HTV & DTF remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Customer-owned artwork remains the property of the customer or its rightful owner.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, De Colores HTV & DTF will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
Our liability related to an individual order will generally not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Privacy
Personal information collected through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes in our products, services, policies, business operations, or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be waived.
