Return and Refund Policy

At De Colores HTV & DTF, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products. Because many of our items are made to order, personalized, or printed using customer-supplied artwork, all customers should carefully review their order details before submitting.

Custom and Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, customized, personalized, printed, engraved, or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • DTF transfers
  • DTF gang sheets
  • UV DTF transfers
  • UV DTF gang sheets
  • Custom apparel
  • Sublimation products
  • Adhesive vinyl products
  • Laser-engraved products
  • Other customized or personalized items

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded artwork before placing an order.

Please verify:

  • Spelling
  • Image quality
  • Resolution
  • Design size
  • Orientation
  • Colors
  • Transparent backgrounds
  • Correct artwork files

We print the files submitted with the order. Refunds or free replacements are generally not provided for issues caused by incorrect, low-resolution, improperly prepared, or unwanted artwork supplied by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you believe your order was produced incorrectly or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the order and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to have been caused by De Colores HTV & DTF, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Application and Pressing Issues

DTF and UV DTF products require proper application.

We are not responsible for damage or failed application caused by:

  • Incorrect heat press settings
  • Incorrect pressure
  • Improper peeling
  • Improper surface preparation
  • Application to incompatible materials
  • Incorrect washing or care
  • Customer application errors

We strongly recommend following our DTF Pressing Instructions and UV DTF Application Instructions.

Color Variations

Colors displayed on phones, monitors, tablets, and other screens may differ slightly from the final printed product.

Minor color variations are not generally considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately.

Once artwork has been processed or production has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order when picking it up whenever possible.

If you discover an issue after pickup, contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
